If you are upgrading from your software from CREZscorer to CREZcoach, there is no need to reinstall your software. If you are a registered CREZ user, no addiitonal license keys are required for this upgrade.
REINSTALLING OR UPGRADING VERSIONS
Note: performing version upgrades or reinstalling may not allow you to run CREZ again until a license key is received. Try to install during typical business hours to ensure that a license key can be sent to you immediately.
1. Open your current version of CREZcomplete and click on "Backup Database"
2. Select a location to store the file and click save.
3. Exit and close your CREZ program.
4. If you have already downloaded the new version the go to step 5.
5. Download and save the CREZ Installer by clicking on this line.
6. Save on the Desktop.
7. Close all running programs.
8. Double-Click the Installer.
9. Click 'Yes' to 'Upgrade'.
10. Click 'Next'.
11. Agree to the 'License Agreement' and click 'Next'.
12. Uncheck 'Tablet SDK' and 'Windows Media Encoder'.
13. Click 'Install'.
14. CREZ install is complete.
15. Open your new version of CREZ and it will upgrade your databases automatily but may require some time pending on the size of your current database.
16. If using Vista you will have to change the Database Permissions by doing the following:
- Navigate to the C Drive. ("C:")
- Right-Click on the folder named "CREZ" and select properties.
- Select the Security tab.
- Click "Edit" to change the permissions. At this point there may be a "Continue" or "Cancel" prompt. Choose "Continue"
- In the "Group or user names" box select the "Users" Group.
- Check the "Allow" box labeled "Full Control" in the "Permissions for Users" box.
- Click Apply and close all windows.
