Requesting an Unlock Code

Once your CREZ product is installed and you have arranged payment, you can send the registration number that appears when CREZ starts up to by using the form shown below. An unlock code will be emailed back to you to unlock only the computer with that registration number.

Reinstalling CREZ

Reinstalling CREZ may not allow you to run the software again until you receive an unlock code.  Try to reinstall during regular business hours to ensure that a license key can be sent to you immediately.

Migrating CREZ - do not reinstall

If you are paying to migrate your CREZ product (for example, from CREZscorer to CREZcomplete), there is no need to reinstall CREZ. You will require an unlock code to do this migration.
